Shiny Goodness - Nailsworth
In search of polenta and ground almonds I popped into 'Shiny Goodness' in Nailsworth this morning, where I was able to get both ingredients and eggs. I have been to the main supermarkets and polenta is not available in its ground form. Shiny Goodness saved the day and another 'lemon and polenta cake' is on its way.
